Our staff is highly trained and extremely competent. As with our doctors, the staff is required to complete continuing education courses in an effort to stay current with new developements in veterinary medicine.

Julie Gilbertson is our practice manager. She has been with Windy Hill since 2000.  Her dedication to the hospital has earned her a special place in the hearts of many of our clients--and patients, too.  She currently resides in Paulding County with her husband and teenage step son. She has a menagerie of animals including 2 Bull Mastiffs,  an American Bulldog, a Red Bellied Parrot, multiple saltwater tanks, and the list goes on. Her spare time is spent with family, outdoor activities and sporting events.

Lori Pitts is one of our registered technicians and has over 14 years experience working with veterinarians in the Atlanta area. She authored a wonderful story published in the best selling Chicken Soup for the Cat Lover's Soul in 2005. She resides in Canton with her 7 cats.

Tiah Crawl is another one of our registered technicians.  She received her education and training in New York.  She has over 8 years experience working with small animal veterinarians; including, most recently, in an all cat practice.  She lives in Marietta with her husband, 2 sons, 3 cats and a dog.

Jill Cheatham is one of our caring and dedicated assistants. Her gentle touch is welcomed by all the patients. She resides in Marietta with her husband and 2 daughters. Her family enjoys their 3 dogs and 2 rabbits.

Sue Zino is one of our favorite pet owners and is a long time client of Dr. Rottersman.  She volunteers with us on Mondays and the staff appreciates her help on the busiest day of our week.
